In exchange for Appellees' bribes, Defendant corrupt Circuit Judge Tjoflat falsely pretended that the above Lee County eminent domain extortion and fraud-scheme was a "legislative act". No intelligent person could possibly have found and/or concluded that said fraudulent land "claim" was a "legislative act" absent any legislator, legal desccription, and boundaries.
Tjoflat has no immunity for his crimes such as, e.g., deliberate deprivations, false pretenses, and obstruction of justice. See also disgraced judge Samuel B. Kent.
